Visit the above link and select the list in which you are interested.
Subscribing: Should be easy, follow the link, enter your email address, choose and verify your password then click subscribe.
Unsubscribing: Follow the same link and see the option at the very bottom "EDIT OPTIONS"
Forgotten password? - Follow the link to edit options and you can choose to have your password re-sent to you.
THE MOST COMMON PROBLEM
Mailing list email is a little different to normal mail. It is a little fussy about your 'From' and 'Reply To' addresses. Send an email to yourself and see what the from address is then hit reply and see what the reply address is. They *should* be the same!
